This single-fronted Richmond cottage came to us tired and dated but full of character. We restored the heritage frontage — repainting the brickwork, reinstating the timber fretwork and dressing the front garden — while completely reworking the interior for the way the owners live today.
Inside, the layout was opened up and finished in a calm, contemporary palette: engineered oak floors, crisp white joinery and a light-filled living zone that flows to a new rear deck. The result keeps everything people love about a period home, with none of the compromises.
