On this project, we made the most of the block size to extend the home and give the owners a bit more room to move. We added a fourth bedroom, creating a new master suite, and opened up the living area to give the family more space to spread out. Out the back, we built a new deck—perfect for entertaining guests and making the most of the outdoors. A practical, well-thought-out extension that’s made a real difference to how the home feels and functions.
