This one was all about breathing new life into a solid old home without changing its bones. We updated the kitchen and bathrooms with modern finishes and fixtures—keeping things simple, functional, and stylish. The exterior got a fresh coat of paint and a bit of TLC, which really lifted the whole street appeal.
